GOING BACK and RELATION first editions are going to go out of stock this con season, and I don’t have any plans to reprint them. I love the books but they were handmade in such an intense way, that if I were to reprint them, the second editions wouldn’t be the same. So if you wanted a copy of your own, either catch me at TCAF, CAKE, Autoptic or SPX, or buy one at my store:
The Store — Going Back | Relation
(Both of the books can be read in their entirety on my portfolio website: www.CathyBoy.com)
My 2011 book “Relation” is coming to its end. I currently only have seven copies, and don’t have plans to print anymore, so here’s your chance to get it.
From Relation, available for purchase here.
Going Back and Relation are finally fucking here!
You can read them on my website, which has been updated with all sorts of goodies, and you can also purchase the books at The Store!
Going Back features inkwash landscapes accompanying my swearing rants, and Relation has cuddly sexual imagery. Both are for adults only. I’ll post more in-depth about them soon!
Paper arrived today! Let’s all make out and / or print sexy books on it. (Probably the latter.)

I was trying really hard to remember the name of those “naughty, guilt-ridden, pocket-sized” zines/books of the old days but the name eludes me, google is not helping and my bookmarks are a mess.
Do you mean The Tijuana Bibles? The website is here (very NSFW). They’re small pornographic zines starring fan-favorite characters (superheroes, cartoon characters). They’re little gems from the past.
I actually wasn’t referring to them, or anything specifically, however. I was referring to Moleskine Notebooks as the aesthetic inspiration for the final book design, but for the actual content, it’s my own concoction. If I was feeling cheeky I’d refer to the genre as Philosophical Erotica.
Another image that will be in my upcoming art book, Relation.
Ordered tinted paper and cover stock today, and a corner rounder. I want these books to look like little journals. Naughty, guilt-ridden, pocket-sized journals.
